How can I contact a customer care representative at Raising Ace?

The best way to contact customer care is by email at customercare@RaisingAce.com. If you wish to speak with someone directly, please call us at 866-379-1435 Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. A customer care representative will get back to you within 1 business day.

What is Raising Ace's return/exchange policy?

Raising Ace honors a 30-day return policy for exchanges or refunds minus the cost of shipping. In order for us to honor this policy the following criteria must be met. 
 
  1. The items must not be used and must have all tags and original packaging unaltered.
  2. You must provide a proof of purchase in the form of a receipt
In order to process an exchange or refund you must send an email to customercare@RaisingAce.com

After your item is received and reviewed by our customer care department your claim will be processed and a credit, refund, or replacement will be processed within 2 weeks.

How soon will I receive my order?

We ship all orders typically same day if received before noon EST - or next business day after order receipt. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time. Please allow up to a week for delivery. Expedited shipping options are also available. Please allow 24 hours for USPS/UPS to update detailed tracking information from the date of your item shipment notification. This notification is sent via e-mail.

What type of material are your products made of?

RaisingAce takes safety seriously! All of our products are made with baby safe materials and are tested in qualified labs to meet current safety regulations. Please refer to detailed information on each of the product pages for more information on materials used.

How safe are Raising Ace products?

At Raising Ace we set a high bar for ourselves but more importantly for our children. Since we used our products with our own children and our friends, safety is paramount to us. We test all of our products with qualified labs to make sure we meet or exceed the current safety standards.

My Package says it has been delivered but I have not received it. What do I do?

1. Verify the mailing address you provided was correct
2. Wait 3 days after tracking states delivered- more times than not, the package will show up a little late.
3. Contact post office about the missing package at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
4. Contact us with your Post Office Claim Number
*Please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. After 30 days, the package will be considered delivered in full.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship our products internationally at this time. We hope to start international shipping in the near future. Sorry for the inconvenience
